INFORMATION CLAUSE

Within scope of personal data processing

Personal data transferred while using our Service is collected in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 7, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as well as the repeal of Directive 95 / 46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?

Our processing of your personal data takes place in order to contact you, if you ask us, what is called processing necessary for purposes resulting from our legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

We will process your personal data for the period of time necessary, bearing in mind the above-mentioned purposes for which the data was collected. In the case of data processing for the purposes of contacting you, we will process your personal data until the issues you contact us about are clarified. You can object to the contact on our part at any time by letting us know about it, in the manner described in the “Who Are We” section above.

WHO CAN WE SHARE THE OBTAINED PERSONAL DATA WITH?

We will make every effort to process your personal data only on our own. In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities processing it on our behalf, e.g. authorized employees, associates and other employed persons, entities providing accounting and legal services for us, as well as other subcontractors and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies – of course only if they apply with the request based on an appropriate legal basis.

IS THE DATA TRANFER VOLUNTARY?

Yes, the provision of personal data by you, such as: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address and other data, with the exception of those referred to in article 9 paragraph 1 of the GDPR, i.e. covering: racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership and genetic data, biometric data to uniquely identify a natural person or data concerning health, sexuality or sexual orientation is voluntary, however, to the extent that we need your data for the purposes indicated above, it is necessary. Without access to your personal data, it would be impossible to perform the activities for which we collect your personal data, which are specified in the description of the purpose for which we collect your personal data.

To the extent that we process your personal data, because it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest (the basis indicated above), you can object to it in accordance with the GDPR provisions at any time by contacting us in the manner described in the section “Who Are We” above.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVILEGES?

The Administrator respects your rights related to the personal data provided, namely:

• the right to access your personal data,

• the right to rectify and delete your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”),

• the right to limit the scope of processing your personal data,

• the right to object to the processing of your personal data (when the processing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest),

• the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, however the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal

• the right to transfer the data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the Administrator, in a structured, commonly used form suitable for machine-readable format. You can send above data to another Administrator.

You can manage your right to privacy and control your right to privacy by contacting Us as in the manner described in the “Who Are We” section above.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate body dealing with the protection of personal data (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if at any time you acknowledge that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
